eConnect User Refund Policy

Thank you for using eConnect, operated by ACreator Global LLC ("eConnect", "we", "our"). Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase on our platform.

1. Refund Eligibility

• You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase if you have not consumed significant content, including but not limited to completing more than 20% of a course, downloading protected materials, or utilizing associated services.
• After 7 days, or if significant content has been consumed, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be declined.

2. Subscription Cancellations

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges.

3. How to Request a Refund

• You must submit a refund request through your eConnect account dashboard or by contacting support at contact@econnectus.com within the eligible time frame.
• Requests must include the transaction ID, purchase date, and a brief explanation of the reason.

4. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

• eConnect reserves the right to deny refunds to users who engage in refund abuse, including but not limited to frequent refund requests, significant content consumption before refund requests, or fraudulent chargebacks.
• Accounts found to engage in refund abuse may be suspended or terminated.

5. Partner Services and SaaS Products

For services, courses, or SaaS products provided by third-party partners on eConnect, all refund policies are subject to the terms established by the respective partner. eConnect acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for partner refund decisions.

6. Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, eConnect may provide evidence of transaction terms, refund policy, and user agreement consent to payment processors and financial institutions.
